What we collect

When you request a quote we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, a description of the job and any photos you upload. Photos should show the carpet damage only; please avoid including people or personal documents in them.

How we use your information

We use your information to assess the job, provide a quote, schedule and complete the work, and communicate with you about it. We may keep before and after photos of completed work for our records. We do not publish job photos in a way that identifies your address without asking you first.

Storage and disclosure

Enquiry details are delivered to our business email and stored on this website’s secure hosting. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for their marketing. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
