Every enquiry starts with photos. That keeps quotes honest and saves you paying for a visit just to be told the obvious. When a job needs eyes on the carpet, Dan does an onsite assessment first. He carries the stretching and seaming gear to finish most repairs in a single visit, and photographs the work before and after.
Straight answers about matching
Carpet patches rely on donor carpet. Spare offcuts give the best result; otherwise carpet can often be taken from a wardrobe floor and that hidden section replaced with a non-matching piece, with your approval. Sun fade, wear and pile direction all affect how closely a patch blends, and Dan will tell you what to expect before you book.
